Parking is available at all venues on a first come first serve basis.

Desert Splash is a 21+ event

Wristbands must be worn and visible to be on hotel premises and all entry to parties

Everyone is subject to search on entry to all venues

This event is NON-refundable and NON-transferable (NO exceptions)

ID is required for wristband pick up

Attendance by advance ticket purchases ONLY (NO walk-ins)

No outside food or beverages at any venues

No pets allowed

No weapons on premises

Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is 12 minutes to hotel (12 miles)

Distance from hotel to skating rink 1.3 miles (5 minutes)

Weekend events will go on rain or shine!

Safety

We value and take the safety of every attendee extremely seriously. Desert Splash has a zero-tolerance policy for violence of any sort. We work hand in hand partnering with the local law enforcement police department and public safety agencies to help ensure the safety of our attendees and all events.

In the case of an emergency or immediate medical attention, call 911.

The safety of our staff and event attendees is of absolute concern to Mr. Bowtie Ent as well as the venue hosts. Mr. Bowtie Ent as well as the venue hosts reserve the right to deny entry to any person or item that Mr. Bowtie Ent, the venue hosts or law enforcement deems dangerous or displays a safety concern.

Clear Bag Policy:

LET’S BE CLEAR

To provide a safe environment for the Desert Splash attendees, the hotel and staff; Mr. Bowtie Ent continues to implement a DESERT SPLASH POLICY that limits the type of bags that may be brought into the SOAK-N-WET POOL PARTY AND THE BARE AS YOU DARE PJ & LINGERIE PARTY.

Attendees will be able to carry the following style bags when approaching the line of attendees awaiting entry into the pool area and ballroom.

BAGS THAT ARE CLEAR PLASTIC OR VINYL ONLY

ONE-GALLON CLEAR PLASTIC FREEZER BAGS ALLOWED (Ziplock bag or similar)

SMALL CLUTCH BAGS, WHICH CANNOT EXCEED 4.5” x 6.5” in size, WITH OR WITHOUT A HANDLE OR STRAP ALLOWED

CLEAR FANNY PACKS & CLEAR DRAWSTRING

BOOKBAGS ALLOWED

ALL OTHER BAGS, PURSES LARGER THAN A SMALL CLUTCH, COOLERS, BACKPACKS, BEACH BAGS, ANYTHING OTHER THAN CLEAR ARE PROHIBITED

PLEASE NOTE: Iridescent, color-tinted, and opalescent bags are NOT allowed; BAGS MUST BE CLEAR!

Mr. Bowtie Ent does not advocate or encourage the abuse of alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly. Please do not drink and drive. If you need transportation; use a designated driver, taxi service or rideshare.

Mr. Bowtie Ent and/or any venue hosts do not, under any circumstances accept responsibility for any damages that result to yourself or anyone else due to the consumption of alcoholic beverages during the Desert Splash Weekend on or at off-site venues. We cannot take any responsibility for the effect drinks may have on people. Please drink responsibly.
